Important Notice – Shipping & Customs
- Shipping Delays
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, many shipping lines are diverting vessels away from the Red Sea and Suez Canal for safety reasons. This has caused global delays and longer transit times.
Please note that the container’s arrival time in Macedonia is outside of our control, and all timeframes are estimates only. If your items are urgent or time-sensitive, we recommend using regular international post. - Box Handling & Dispatch
Boxes do not leave immediately after drop-off. Once the final receiving days have passed, all boxes are first transported to Sydney from the various drop-off locations around Australia. They are then strapped and securely loaded into the container before being transported to the port for departure. - Customs Clearance in Macedonia
Receivers should wait until they are officially notified before attempting to collect their box. All shipments must pass through customs clearance before release. Arriving too early can cause delays for both customs processing and other customers.
Customs authorities have the legal right to open and inspect any box at their discretion. Such inspections are a normal part of international customs procedures. Our representative is present during inspections and will reseal the box afterward using tamper-proof tape.
Items other than those listed on the front of our declaration forms are permitted; however, customs duties may apply.
There is no limit to how many boxes a sender can send; however, only two boxes per receiver may be cleared without duty. Customs duties will apply for more than two boxes per person.
